Analytics

The website may record page views and interaction events such as calls to action, pricing views, form starts, and completed requests. On Vercel, coarse country, state or region, and city information may be derived from standard hosting headers to understand service-area demand. The first-party analytics implementation is designed not to store full IP addresses, precise coordinates, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking profiles.

Information you submit

When you submit a request, we collect the contact and transaction details you provide so Sailing Transactions can respond, evaluate the request, and coordinate the requested service. Optional transaction documents are stored in private file storage and shared with Sailing Transactions through time-limited download links or submission-notification attachments.

Service providers

Website hosting, database, email, and analytics providers may process information only as needed to operate the site. The active providers depend on the production configuration documented in the project setup.

Retention and requests

Operational records are retained as needed for coordination, compliance, security, and legitimate business purposes. To ask about or request deletion of website-submitted information, email tc@sailingtransactions.com.
