Is there a subscription or monthly commitment?+
No. Pricing is service-based, so agents can engage Sailing Transactions file by file.
What does ‘per side’ mean?+
A side is the buyer-side or seller-side coordination workflow in a transaction.
How is a listing priced if I also coordinate the other side?+
Listing preparation plus sale coordination is $500. If Sailing coordinates both sides of that transaction, the total is $500 + $399.
When does the extended-escrow fee apply?+
A $200 fee applies to commercial or five-plus-unit multifamily escrows that last six months or longer.
